After several months of back and forth with Stay Partners, they are not paying commission outstanding since January. We had questioned the late payment in March & April with little to no response. We finally got some communication in late April and were passed onto the COO where we were assured it would be paid and agreed to allow them to pay it over 3 instalments.
For your own sanity, stay clear.

Hello, the COO did reach out and said they would pay. We requested a payout and still nothing. In fact it looks like now they have wiped the request from the platform. I can't send screenshots but it is extremely suspcious.
