We started working with Stay Partners last month (October 2024) and after confirming the conditions of cooperation with our AM, we launched a campain.
Our conditions were next:
• GEOs: CA,
• CA: Sloto, Richard
• Source: FB (PWA mix iOS/Android)
• KPI: No payments for multis, selfies, or non-compliant players. KPI requires at least one real player spin.
Sloto: 30 FTD Richard: 30 FTD
Things started fine, but when it came to reconciliation the following month, our AM began saying the traffic quality wasn’t meeting their KPIs—not the ones discussed in chat but those hidden in their T&Cs.
They will promis to show a fraud report, but this goes on for 2 weeks as of today (November 20), we’re still did'not see any report. Keep in mind, the reconciliation process was initiated on November 4.
How do you like such a partner relationship?

You forgot to mention, that you agreed on a CPA?

I still dont get this (and probably never will), there is (imo) no chance for an operator to earn on any social-source traffic.
Its volume, if you know how to develop the traffic, but the quality was and is just ridiculous and not at all comparable to traffic sources like Google SEO or even porn site media-buy.

I feel you, maybe you delivered as promised. But i bet you run often into that problem.
Catching some FB traffic (legit or not), running with that bucket full of shit traffic (and you know for sure that these FTD's maybe fulfill requirements but are actually worthless in the long run), from operator to operator (who the fu*** is Staypartners ), just looking to offload with a chance to get paid or maybe not.

Unfortunately, today everyone seems to say/do/promise everything with hope of a good outcome. Operators and affiliates likewise.

Lesson learned:
- all hybrid and CPA deals should be agreed upon and signed (IO contract, agreement with all details and clauses). Please don't forget to include clause with penalty interests on late payments (standard one, national % rate, or custom one)
- ask for prepayment to be settled with further commission

If failed, report this issue to global operators, payment processors and lodge a case in your local court.
