We have pushed the brands through PPC on a conversion guaranteed deal but they didn't honour the deal. Although their brands didn't have the best conversion, we still kept them in the campaign. It's simply not ethical to agree on a deal and then simply stop replying and did not honour the agreed deal.

We've been waiting to get paid since March.

Similar issue, we had a fixfee listing with them. We were not happy with the performance by them and questioned it on several occasions. They than turned around 3 months later to say they were not happy. Very poor company
