I was shocked to see the Cplanet banner up at Affiliate guard dog.. I had to fight this program to get paid and decided it was more trouble than it was worth.

I met the owner at a conference and he did not inspire confidence... I felt like I had just been sold a used car.

I haven't had any problems with C-Planet; in fact, I think they are one of the best affiliate programs around. The casinos convert, the stats are great, they pay me every month, and Ben handles content theft issues quickly when I have a problem.

It's hard for me to understand why your experiences would be so different... Are we talking about the same group?? LOL. :emoticon-0138-think

Yes, they are certified here (have been for awhile) and more recently became a sponsor.

Let me know if we can help in any way to make sure you get paid promptly, but they have been a class organization from my experience and the experiences of many - which is why they are able to be a sponsor here.

Maybe I have the wrong group. I am talking about Rushmore Casino.

I started with this group when Gabriel was the affiliate manager and when they were new. Perhaps they fixed the money problems that were obvious in the beginning. They sure had plenty of money to throw affiliate parties at conferences, so it was difficult to understand why I had to fight for 3 months to get paid.

I hope they have changed, but after meeting the owner in person and asking for my money, I would not promote this group heavily.

Once bitten twice shy... hopefully I never get to say I told you so.

There has also been at least five threads started over at Casinomeister over the past two months about delayed player payments regarding this group and the lack of response from the management regarding those stalled and delayed payments.

A lot of speculation going on in all of those threads there, but it all boils down to the fact that management has refused to come out and make a statement regarding the real issue behind it all. It is a shame too as it has cost them (the Rushmore group) a hell of a lot of players and also new depositors.

Payment

We are awaiting our payment for last month as well. I hope to receive it this week and that things get back on schedule next month as this is one of my favorite groups to promote and I've always found them to be responsive to our needs.

Hi all,

I am also waiting to receive the payment for July. I have sent three e-mails to Ben, but i received only promises and fake excuses. I invite everyone to check the e-mail correspondence between me and Ben in order to draw a conclusion about the unethical attitude of this affiliate program.

The first e-mail was sent on 27th of August:

Hi Ben,

Could you please check why our payment was not processed yet? It's not
correct to wait so long in order to receive the money.

Ben, i kindly advise you to explain why C-Planet delays the payments with 20 days. It's not only me, i spoke with other affiliates that were waiting to receive their commissions as well!!!

Hey CGP, the answers you got are word for word the same as the answers I got, with the exception of the the last one.

I once worked with a company (not online gaming and I'm not telling you who they are) who had a section within their CRM system called 'standard excuses'. It sounds like C Planet have the same system. Not impressed.

Incidentally, I still don't have my money, but if Ben was being honest in his last email, then I should expect to see it some point next week. I don't like being taken for a fool, though. So if I don't get my money, I will kick up a fuss like nothing they've ever seen before.

Everything is clear now. C-Planet has no enough money to pay the commissions to their affiliates and the winning to their players /as you can see here: casinomeister.com/forums/online-casinos/32838-letter-players-slots-oasis-casino-15.html

I would understand if Ben told me that the financial situation of C-Planet is not good and they will pay my commission with delay. Believe me, if i know that these guys are honest and they are telling the true, i can wait for the money, even 1 month! But this is a totally different story.

It takes years to build up a good reputation and just one month to ruin it, that' s the story of C-Planet.

I'm not sure what's going on, but the line about waiting for more funds to arrive was referring to UseMyWallet payouts I believe.

Ben,

Discuss this sensitive issue with the Management of Isagro Holdings Ltd and advise them to pay immediately the commissions of all affiliates and the winnings of all players that are waiting for so long time. It’s absolutely unacceptable to delay the payments with more than 20 days.

Otherwise I will proceed as explained below:

1. Inform the gaming commission of Cuaraco about the financial inability of Isagro Holdings Ltd to pay the winnings of their customers: players and affiliate webmasters and will advise them to reconsider the gaming License.

2. Inform as much affiliates and players as I can about the unethical behavior of C-Planet- delay of payments and providing false information to webmasters and players.

Please reply to all questions in this thread asap!
