Strong affiliates shaving?

Hi guys and girls

Id like to ask if anyone is working with Strong affiliates?

We are experiencing some shady stuff with them, from having 40% RS which comes down to 18% RS when its calculated. Also them telling us that player is a bonus abuser while the bonus amount in aff program is at 0€, also withdrawals beeing hidden in the reports.
When we asked how come the comission is so low and if player won anything they came up to us with a statement that 100€ withdrawal has not been added to the stats, but they have just added it now..

Havent seen such shady behaviour so far, so curious about your experiences.

There were a few inconsistencies when talking to them about the performance, so we just wanted to check if anyone had a similar experience. What is interesting is that once we approached them and started asking questions, all of our referred players started winning and creating negative NGR.

This smacks of Videoslots' commission structure - the RS headline figure is hugely disparate to the net figure because of the way costs are sequenced in their calculations. So their game fees, taxes, bonus costs etc. are factored into the 40% after it has been separated from the gross figure. This means a 40% headline figure can easily result in anything from 10-20% in your pocket in relation the overall initial gross figure.
