Suggestion: Moving Programs to Roguehouse Section Faster

Hello,

I'm following this forum for some years now and i have noticed that there are a lot of rogue programs under certified and predatory sections.
In some cases there is a really big volume of unpaid affiliates but still the program won't make it to roguehouse section.
Since this forum helped me a lot to grow as an affiliate, i would like to also help (if needed) for this cause.
With this action maybe we can help other affiliates save their time and pockets.
