Sunpura Affiliates Team would like to inform all its Partners that the affiliate platform is up and running perfectly again. We Apologise for any inconvenience.

Not a peep since June 2022 by Supura to this thread. Affiliates are owed commissions, AM's are not replying to emails, not even AGD staff. Time to kick these losers into the Rogue Pit

I hope whoever was promoting them, and hasn't been paid, has since stop promoting them.

This is the response from Victor:

Hi I would like to inform you that sunpura.com is now going through the process to go under new ownership and I won't be working with them anymore. Billings, Account Settings, New deals, etc... will resume in the coming days. For further assistance, you can contact the new affiliate manager live:.cid.f0cc2bd2aa56fcfb Please note that a new brand is also coming up in the coming days which will be a curacao brand. This change of ownership took a bit longer than expected but it is now in the final stages. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Thanks for the update @Beach Bone. We received the same message from Victor and contacted the new rep from the contact provided. We were informed that the new rep still doesn't have full access to all accounts and will let us know once full access to the accounts is granted.

@Beach Bone very sorry but we don't have any updates, the new AM is not responding. We will mark this case unresolved. In case we do receive an answer, we will reopen the case and assist further.

Hey all,

We have same kind of issues with Sunpura Affiliates. This guy Victor stopped all communication in October '22. Our payments have been "pending" for like 8 months and this morning i received two emails: first stated that the pending payment was cancelled and in the second email i found out that the balance on our account was 'changed' and the action was subtract.

So they basically emptied our account and now when im trying to log in, it says that our account is blocked. Great job!

Yeah, we got the same message. Balance was subtracted in full and now the account is blocked. xD

Well, didn't expect to receive anything after they vanished earlier but must say that they went out in style like no other.
