Until such time as an affiliate or a class action legally challenges these 'one sided' T&C clauses, programs will continue to add them. Nothing changes if, nothing changes

Actually, in the last couple of months, AGD has been approaching programs with this termination rule asking for a change that includes a clear reason for termination. We have a very solid success rate with having this change made.

@Engineer is the key reason of this new change[Thanks Dave ]. This archaic term will need to be changed for certification.
