A BIG BIG LOOOOOL. You bought into the whole DMCA protection websites that charge you for a LOGO and acting on your behalf. By law any copyright material is already protected by Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Plus Google's DMCA form is enough for anyone to claim their rights.
After all a human reviews those and acts. There's NO them. DMCA.com is just a private company that sells badges to "protect" your website (HA). And for the small fee of 199$ they will fill in the DMCA notices for you (plus the 10$/month fee).
It was 100 for the year. There provide a DIY takedown, which is included. Google emailed me back saying that it is unclear whos content it is. I figured that is the best option.
