Hi guys,

whenever you find a hacked site involving any of our brands, please send me a PM and Ill get in touch with the partner to stop the activities, at least using our brands. Ill do a follow up on this and in case the activities wont stop, Ill terminate his / their account immediately.

We don't work with affiliates who promote these type of activities: we didn't do it before this issue exploded on the affiliate forums and we wont do it now that became of public knowledge.

Just to add, I want to clarify that we disabled a partner's account that was hacking websites even before the issue became public. Some posters here want to make a difference in terms of disabling, cancelling, terminating, or w.e. What I meant was the same: we don't work with these type of affiliates and we disabled their accounts, including a formal request to remove our brands from any remaining websites.

Hey guys,

Let's talk this out... :) A new non-indexed forum would be fine. But what are the parameters of such forum? Should Affiliate Managers be excluded (hard to do), should only members of a specific standing be allowed (after x# of posts, etc), ?? I really would want it fleshed out before committing. There is already 1 private forum (i.e., can't be indexed but everyone has access who is a member) - that one is relating to questions like 'who sent this money'

Sure Andy,

I'm all about cooperating and I'm just offering an alternative method in order to solve these hacking incidents.

Whatever works for you guys, works for me.

Since this is geo targeted I am seeing some new ones on sites.

Play Hippo and slots of fun Karamba plus the others which are city club, cosmik, 888, mega casino, casino.com and euro king. (thats one type of landing page)

bsoficial.com. br/online-casino-no-deposit-bonus

Another type has spin palace, betway, ruby fortune, royal vegas, lucky nugget and 888. Which redirects here toponlinecasino-portal .com
usep.laligue10. org/no-deposit-casino

and the last type that has spin palace, ruby fortune, gaming club and cabaret club.

My suggestion is:
  • A forum where it's only accessible by AGD affiliate members with say a minimum of 20 posts.
Affiliate programs don't share every side of their business with their partners, why should affiliates be expect to?
Hence I think AGD aff members should have a safe-place where they can freely express their concerns, without fear of offending or putting a program they work with, off-side.

These hackings for example, involve some programs. Currently these threads are discussed in open forum. Again imho it's more likely affiliates will open up about things if they feel safe. Speaking one's mind when it's open to all and sundry (including affiliate managers et al), isn't conducive to frank discussions between affiliates. After all AGD is an affiliate forum not an Affiliate Manager forum.

Maybe to keep the the peace, could also have a closed forum for AM's too ;)

That's one reason why US AGD affiliates need a closed forum.

I find it extremely bizarre that Affactive claim the account was disabled in August BUT still the hacker is hacking new sites and using the same LP with all their casinos listed. The hacker is using a cgi script, which pulls a single URL (Landing Page), which is geo targeted to specific keyword phrases.

It's a single file change BUT it's now Oct 2014/10/27 (at least 2 months since Affactive claim to have closed this aff account) but the hacker is still hacking and still using the same LP.

For these hackers it's all about the money. If a source dries up (their account is locked), they move onto another program(s). They certainly don't keep marketing casinos, where they are not earning a dime and sending players to these casinos for free!

Vladi has made a very good recommendation here:
https:// www. affiliateguarddog. com/community/threads/affactive-hacked-sites.8001/page-2#post-53919

IMHO it's the best way to combat this HUGE issue. If everyone gets involved and can spare 10 min a day, I'm sure these Identical Doorway pages with be de-indexed quickly.

Has the primary purpose of these hacked domains, been about links pointing back to Affactive casinos from day one...

Gaining players at the cost of screwing legit webmasters, was just a secondary objective.
