Thoughts/feedback on Mr Affiliate

Well they were ok for me, then a player disappeared (high roller), then all deposits from all players disappeared from stats and nothing for a year. Have just under £100 pending for probably a year. Probably going to close my account just for the money

Can you please explain to me about this ''Disappearing of stats / deposits'' as it is the first time I am getting a complaint like this during my time with the company.

How come you have never contacted the affiliate team if you had this problem if I may ask? If you have contacted someone, can you please tell me who and when so I can investigate this further?

But I always dislike it, when a program switches the backend affiliate tracking/reporting, on an already established brand.

I surely agree with you. We pride ourselves for being transparent with our partners at all times, this is very important to us.

This is why, I am taking this ''accusation'' very seriously and I am expecting a clear explanation from him.

Stats are back now, not sure when they came back, but never did get an explanation, just that they should be ok now after some kind of deployment.

I kinda just lost the will to push you after that. Ill give you another push soon, see what happens from there.

They disappeared around 10/2013 (i should really file emails better)

Didn't mean to put anyone off, it just bugged me, that and seeing someone drop so much money in such a short period of time and then stats went, but you did chase the player from English team to Finish team and tell me why.

Do you at least remember the person you contacted at Mr Green regarding this so I can check the history? Did you also write this on the forum in 10/2013 so maybe we can find the related post?

Sorry about this but I am a little confused. You said we did chase the player and told you why but then you also said you never got an explanation for stats?

Stats can't just disappear. As I said, I have never been contacted for an issue related to this before.

I will be happy to investigate this both internally and with Netrefer. I appreciate that you did not want to put anyone off and you are giving us another push.

To give a quick update so far on this issue :

Roey sent me the player ID he is talking about. This player who signed up on 11/11/12 and whose account was closed on 18/3/2013 is still tagged under his Affiliate ID so I have told him where to look for this player and I am waiting for him to confirm this to me.

Id already been informed about this player, Gemma looked into for me. So to confirm, you did reiterate what i already knew. It was the disappearance of stats with the bad timing of losing a good player that bugged me.
