If you grab the amount beforehand then it's good i guess. On negatives that the position is staying occupied for as long the agreement stands. That means that you can't add a newer casinos let's say that may convert better etc
Be wary when selling positions that casinos will expect a certain ROI from it. Expect to be shaved or see your deal go south when the expectations are not met.
I agree with the point about responsibility to partners – casinos in top positions will expect a return on their investment, so it’s best to offer these spots only to trusted partners you've worked with before, where you know the deal will benefit both sides. Another tip: don’t sell out all top positions. Keeping a few slots open lets you bring in new brands that might convert even better over time. This approach keeps things fresh and lets you adapt to new opportunities without getting locked into too many long-term deals.
In my opinion, it's hard to trust everyone, but I think there are casinos that deserve a chance, maybe that casino will become a source of stable income in the future.
I wouldn't sell top positioning unless its an upfront payment and you really need the cash, they are offering way more than what the potential might be if you are on revenue share, or they are offering a small payment for the positioning but still paying revenue share.
