We received this email:

Hi Affiliate,

We write to inform you that as of 12 November 2019, the Totesport affiliate programme will cease to operate under the licence of Petfre (Gibraltar) Limited. Therefore, the current affiliate programme and partnership with ActiveWins will be decommissioned.

As per clause 13.2 of the Totesport affiliate programme terms and conditions, either party may terminate a programme membership on delivery of four weeks prior written notice. Please take this communication as your four weeks' notice, in compliance with the above mentioned clause.

We confirm that all outstanding balances below the threshold will be paid in full.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. ActiveWins are extremely grateful for all your hard work during our time managing this brand and we look forward to continuing our partnership across our other brands.

Was no surprise this was coming but still.....

Heard a while back Betfred were trying to sell Totesport on so no idea if this is what's happening now. Shame as it was always a decent brand and I really like the site.

Didn't help that Betfred bought it and really didn't know what to do with the brand once they had it. Be interesting to see what happens next for totesport

wonder what the future holds for totesport now then but I'm guessing sports betting will be binned off and they'll stick to pools like the first emails stated

If the sports betting side of it does not close as the original email said there will be a lot of unhappy campers out there. But I have a sneaky suspicion that it will still operate and they have just dicked us affiliates off.

Yep - that's my thinking.
The message says they are closing the Affiliate Program. It doesn't say they are closing the brand down.
So they will run off happily into the sunset with all the 1000's of players referred to them over the years

Doesn't affect me as I dumped them back in 2015 - but I feel for all the Sports affiliates who have been working with them a long time
