Tracking Issue?

I'm going to post this anyway but it could just be that I missed an update or messed up.

I noticed a drop in clicks a long time ago but thought it might be a traffic issue.
It seems the slots village links ending in dot com no longer seem to track. I could of sworn they tracked before.

However I looked into it closely and only the dot ag links track even though the slots village dot com redirects to the slots village domain ending in dot ag. The cookie on the slots village dot com domain does not show a source id like the slots village dot ag does nor is anything passed that I could see via the address bar.

I did email support earlier today but have not heard back.

Separately, they might want to link to their "egaming" licence, as that is one of the terms of the Curacao egaming licence (link to it for verification).

Tried to speak with their live chat support to let them know about this technical issue, but i have waited for so long to get some of chat representative. Once when he got into chat (Dennis) i wasnt able to get any reply, not single word from him

I see a registration at Winward. I don't promote the others.

I'm in USA as well. Redirect from .com to .ag is working now. It was not at the time of my post.

-Chrome
-Firefox
-Safari
-IE 10

We've tested several landing pages for this brand and it seems to be all good. We'd appreciate it if you could share the exact tracking links you've tried and failed to work.
Also, would be useful for us to know as well: if the issue is tracking related/page functionality, device you're using.

forget about it. Just re-tested all, different devices, different browsers (test accounts). All working fine now.
Last test was (about) five days ago and they were not working.

btw, all the links are https now so affiliates may need to check for that as well.
