Trafficash not replying for 5 month - UNRESOLVED

Hi all!
I'm a representative of the affiliate program that delivered traffic for one of Trafficash casino brands - Paris Casino during May-July.
At first communication with Trafficash Manager (live:nh_720) was fast and nice.
Until it was time to pay. I somehow managed to get the first payment - around 5,5k euros but afterwards for June and July traffic we were not able to receive anything. The sum in pending is 650 euros. The last time the manager replied was 11th of August when he confirmed the payment to be done on 15th of August. He disappeared right after.
I honestly do not expect to get in touch with anyone from Trafficash, because I searched everywhere and I'm pinging every contact point I have basically every day - so far it's dead-end.
If there's someone that could me with this situation, I'd be really thankful.
All proofs&screenshots can be provided wherever it's more suitable.

@Libra emails we sent are left unanswered. We will mark this case as unresolved, since we never heard back from the representatives.

Thanks for leaving a message, it brought my attention and I wish to update everyone on situation
So, Trafficash got in contact with me on their own in last days of December (via Skype), apologized for a bit of delay :))) and sent the sum, then gave me the hash. The transaction is seen in the open source, but we haven't found it in the wallet still.
Anyways, they seem to be active again and paying their debts.
I'll update you once the transaction is found on our end too. Thank you!
