Tropica Affiliate also deducting ?

I have a player signed up on 2009-10-18 and she makes little deposits each month but now all of a sudden I get the recharge for bad deposits now.

Update : The affiliate manager has sent a query to Rival.

I've been seeing more and more 'bad deposits' even without the eWalletExpress issue (i.e., players not using that method of deposit).

Makes me wonder. Now - that is not with this program, that is with ALL Rivals except Slotocash. Very strange stuff in stats lately.

Please note that we are not experiencing these issues - we are in the same boat as Sloto Cash and WILL NOT be deducting for bad deposits.

I think that needs to be clear.

You are correct I have not seen any bad deposit issues with AW. I only don't know because (with the EWX issue), pretty much all my players are no longer active at AW after a great first month. So - I had nothing to go on over there, unfortunately.

Sloto is the only place where my players seem to have kept playing and I haven't lost any of them. But that could just be due to the country of origin of the existing players there.

Unfortunately Steve, ALL Rival casinos have been, and will continue to be tarred with the same very smelly brush until the {insert expletive description here} at Rival wake up, smell the coffee and start behaving like a PROFESSIONAL operation...

I'm quite sure you are just as frustrated about all this nonsense as all us affiliates are - it is damaging EVERYONE else who promotes or runs other Rival Casinos - the only difference is YOU (Affiliate Wide) DO have channels of communication direct to Rival which we do not have.
So on behalf of everyone here, would please send a HUGE rocket up where the sun don't shine!

KK - I can truly say that I trust AffiliateWide. I know my players are safe there and although US players cannot seem to deposit, the rest are playing. Unfortunately, about 90% of my players there are US.

Such is life with Rival at the moment. Not AffiliateWide's fault, though. I would love to see Sloto and AW put some damn pressure on them to get their act together, though.

I was talking here about tropica affiliates.

the player (I have 1 with them) still continues to deposit in 2011 no bad deposits as I far as I can judge..............so the program deducts my earnings and the player still deposits and plays as usual.

I do not get fooled easily ...... this is very wrong.

ARE WE GETTING PROFITS DEDUCTED AT RANDOM EVEN IF YOU SEND NON USA TRAFFIC?

BTW mine is US.

Can I get some more info on this? Are you talking about eWalletXpress again, or just deposits in general?
