Hello everyone.
We encountered a problem with TumbleWins casino.
We started working with them in August. We very quickly agreed on a good deal and brought them new users.
In August, we got a not very large amount, which they paid in September.
After that, during September and October, we continued working and brought them a large number of new users, the total amount that they had to pay was about 50k euros.
The contact during this time was excellent, all conversions were checked by them every day and confirmed manually.
In early November, when it was time to confirm the numbers for October, their manager stopped actively responding and was no longer interested in actively promoting the campaign. After some time, he said that he broke his leg and spent 3 days in the hospital and now would sort out all the payments. After that, he just disappeared and stopped responding. The links that we used for promotion do not work, their dashboard does not work and any means of contacting anyone else from the team are hopeless.
