We have the same issue. Requested to be paid in September but so far nothing has happened. No type of response from Carlos via Skype. Now we have decided to unlist their brands from our website.
I have the same problem. Carlos not respondig at all anymore, exactly same situation. He says hi and not moving our balance to player account so we can withdraw
We have yet to receive any payment, despite our repeated attempts to address the issue. We informed Carlos that we would disable their brands due to non-payment. In response, he assured us, "Please don't, I'll fix the situation next week for sure." However, despite this promise made on February 1st, we have yet to see any resolution to the payment issue. Given this lack of action, it appears that this affiliate program may not be trustworthy and should be approached with caution.
Sorry if this offends ADG/LCB et al BUT FFS, what does it take for you people to act against a rogue "certified" (AGD) affiliate program these days.
The OP raised the not-paid flag in March 2023, from payments not paid in Jan 2023. It took a further 5 weeks or so to get paid, even with a flurry of broken AM promises.
Then we have others who, like the OP are promised payment BUT payments never arrive.
How would you feel (AGD/LCB) staff, if you had to chase your rightful earnings for months? I'm pretty sure you'd be rather annoyed, especially if your were promised payments and those promises were reneged on. There's a point where TALK ends and ACTIONS start.
Clearly UGAffiliates doesn't give two hoots if affiliates have commitments and need these payments.
A drop-kick into the Doghouse works wonders and forcing change. Change that shouldn't need to happen, because paying affiliates isn't a choice, it's instead an a matter of ethics and proper business conduct.
Affiliates have sent you players.
Now it's time to honour their side of the deal, and pay these affiliates...sheesh!
