And their new affiliate program TWP

They don`t pay affiliate comission without any reason. We`ve been working with them for more than 3 years and attracted thousands of new players to their brand (Vegasplus, Unique Casino, Machance, i24slots, Megawin)

But in May they decided to hold the payment. They said several reasons: new management, fraud suspicion (which obviously was false). But finally they said that "Manager just doesnt approve the payout without reasons"

Total sum is more than 140k. So they simply steal our money

I am ready to give any proofs, screenshots and records. And I also attach a link to Google Drive with chat screenhots

We have been working with Trident since September 2022 and always paid them on time as long as the traffic was according to normal standards with some good months and some bad months.

Since Mar 2024 our BI department analyzed the traffic and we noticed a big decrease in traffic quality. We also found different sources of traffic. these new sources are not based on the quality we agreed on and included sources such as Incentive, scheme traffic, Multi reg or duplicate players.

The current traffic behavior is exhibiting signs of abuse and lacks genuine engagement. Users are engaging in a pattern of depositing funds and then quickly leaving the platform. Multiple players have reported being encouraged to make a single deposit in exchange for incentives, suggesting a fraud on immediate profit rather than long-term player retention.

However due to our long and healthy partnership the brand will pay you a fixed commission based on the monthly deposits of these players to cover the open balance in full.

But we have always insisted on a quality traffic checks to improve our trafffic analyzis and optimize campaigns.
As well as we regularly initiated Google Meeets to «compare notes» and deepen our cooperation (screenshots attached)

And if you accuse us in Incentive and scheme traffic - please, attach your proofs)
Because, right now, besides the scam, you are also slandering

And as you can see, we are ready to proof everything from our side

I will also attach a few screenshots from April and May where you give us a good feedback and ask for more and more traffic

This is the information i got from BI before i asked for more traffic. In any case and its more important to solve this. I am waiting for my manager for green light for the offer.

You just take 1 point from whole message and answer it, absolutely ignoring all the others, right?
So, you confirm the fact that we were the only ones to insist on quality check to improve perfomance. That`s already a progress)

By the way, lets check number of complaints on this forum, that mention Ultrapartners

Doesn`t it seem strange that lots of them say one thing in general:
«Ultrapartners didn`t pay our affiliate comission»

Hi,
I was away on holiday.
Like i mentioned earlier initially you sent us good traffic and then later on you started mixing traffic with a lot of incentive traffic.
Bi will go over 1 of the accounts and i will have a report next week.

I also understand that management has offered a nice solution of 30% of the deposits + 10% of the open balance - this way if the players are not fraud you will cover the costs quickly.

That`s not an offer, that`s a robbery

You change figures with every single period of time. First it was 50% of the deposits each month (but obviously we didn`t get a cent), now it is 30% of deposits + 10% of the open balance. If it was like you say - you would have already paid us 60% of your debt (10% * 6 months starting from April). And I am absolutely sure that player activty would cover the rest 40%

If you say like that - we are waiting for 60% of the sum untill Friday November 8th

And again - no proofs. The situation was in April and May. Now its November and your BI will only give a report next week. 6 months passed - you still dont have a report Every affiliate knows that such report is usually done within one day. But if you are going to fake numbers - than you need a lot of time to edit everything in your system
Silly situation and silly tricks instead of admiting your fault

But I guess already lots of affilliates in the market understood that they shouldn`t believe a single word you say and better think twice before working with you
