No, but it's in the terms:

6.18. When calculating the Commission based on the Net Revenue, if an Affiliate’s customers’ activities result in a negative balance for the Affiliate, due to the customer winnings and/or bonuses etc., the said balance will be carried over to the next month, unless the Reward Plan has been adjusted to a no negative carryover Reward plan which must be approved by the Company’s Head of Affiliates.

We don't give them much coverage so unlikely to be able to negotiate out.

To rogue an aff program solely based on they having a neg carry over is IMO ridiculous. Time is changing and we all need to change with it or am I missing something?

It depends on the way it's implemented. If it's just for future commissions and has no effect on deals made before they've implemented it, it's not rogue or something. But usually that's not the case. Usually it,s retro-active and usually you're forced to accept it.

Payments shall be made approximately 10 to 15 Working Days following the end of the month in which the Affiliate’s Commission was earned. Commission due to Affiliates not registered for VAT in Malta are processed automatically through the Technical Platform, without the need for the Affiliate to raise an invoice.

Why do they never answer if I email.
I earned a bit over 100, but no payments, and no reaction.

I have not received any e-mail from unibet / kindred for 7 years, when I asked for some remaining payment, I only heard a lie for over 2 months, and instead of paid few days ago, I received an email:

"Dear Partner,

I trust that this email finds you well.

You are receiving this email, as we need to reach out to you to let you know of an import_ant change that will come into action as of the 1st September 2017 due to inactivity of new traffic on your account.

As of the 1st September 2017, your account will be suspended due to inactivity of new traffic to any of our brands within the last 3 months.

Your account still has active players previously referred and demonstrates that our brands are strong and well retained, enabling you to make longstanding commissions on your traffic from our brands.

If you would not like your account to be suspended, please email liam.brown@kindredgroup.com detailing how you are planning to promote our casino brands (Unibet Casino etc.) more in order to refer new traffic and new depositors.

We ask all of our affiliate partners who still receive commissions from Kindred Group to then actively promote our brands.

If we do not hear from you, we will assume you are happy for your account to be suspended.

Kind regards,

Your Kindred Affiliates Team."

Just got this mail from Kindred:

• 6.6. The Company reserves the right to reduce the Commission/change the Reward Plan if:
3. the Affiliate does not generate a minimum of 6 New Depositing Customers in a period of 3 months, except in markets where affiliate activity is restricted (e.g. Netherlands)

• 13.2. The Company may terminate this Agreement immediately by written notice if:

Does it mean any negative month they will reduce your % on the next positive month to recoup the 'financial loss' of previous months
