Unpaid commission due to changing the deal when it came to payment, ongoing attempts to communicate ignored

Grande Affiliates suddenly changed the agreement I had with them when it came to payment and just shaved off FTDs with the simple explanation of "new policy". I had a deal in place with an affiliate manager with screenshots to prove the deal, I delivered FTDs and I want to get paid for what we agreed on.

I've contacted several members of their team on Skype despite being ignored.
