While I'm not trying to dig old wounds; I am curious IF indeed Nick was of the character described.... why didn't he tell us well ahead of time what was apparently known by others - that there was a new company, and VT was not "dying" or "going out of business" . . . especially if he was offered a job with them. I mean assuming he was peoples friend and not just an affiliate manager.
I also don't think its as cut-n-dry as it looks at first - like why just throw away all those good brands? -- BCP didn't...
I think it was a knee jerk reaction to black Friday. And they did lose their processor at that time. They were unable to find processing for new players. No one wanted the risk of having the DOJ sign up to play maybe. It's all speculation, we don't know anything here except for rumors. I don't make decisions or base opinions on rumors.
None of the aff managers are allowed to talk about projects that haven't launched yet. Maybe VT sold the casinos as part of the knee jerk reaction, this is all a total guessing game.
As long as we're guessing, my guess is that the software was way too good to be abandoned. So I would figure someone would snap it up or licence it. Licencing software is a totally different thing legally than running casinos.
