Well... sort of... and sort of not.
I was just going to start a new thread on the lastest issue actually.

Withdrawals were not being shown in my stats, as I reported in my other thread: https://www.affiliateguarddog.com/c...-check-your-stats-resolved.20142/#post-134108

However, when I asked a few days ago about getting the stats corrected, they said that with the new CASINO back-end, they can't show withdrawals in the My Affiliates stats.
So I asked "Is that just on my account, or ALL affiliates"
And they said "All affiliates".

So I want to ask any others promoting Vista, if withdrawals are shown in their stats...?

Their situation haven't changed and they still have severe cashflow issues.

They paid me small amounts 4 months ago and 2 months ago, but since we promoted them for many years and still have some players playing, the debt is just increasing.

Promoting them is like tossing a coin on your earnings. I do like them and worked for many years but it is what it is.

The reason you are getting paid is that they know your represent this forum and will post it here.

They have no money.

They pay you (AGD) and (at least till few months ago) minor 3 digit payments here and there to create the illusion of business as usual and to keep at least some affiliates working with them. But they just have no money to pay payments above that.

I worked with them for something like 10 years, and liked them, but they're done. Now they steal what they can before closing shop.

i think there should be some other mark to show programs which do not pay, as someone stumble upon their section can think its all ok (even if you do manage to see that small predatory" message). still it doesnt clarify that these guys just have no funds to pay and taking whatever they can from affiliates.

In my opinion, this topic should be approached more restrictively, as these unreliable partners take advantage of the fact that they are not punished for it. There should be a simple rule: if you are late with payments or do not pay, expect consequences, e.g. blacklist, interest, reminder fees, etc. if they want to clear their record.

Btw, slow-delayed payment can be understood in different ways, but it should be assumed that a significant delay, e.g. 2-3 months, results in the program being moved to the blacklisted section in order to protect other potential partners and thus motivate affiliate programs to fulfill their obligations in accordance with the agreement.

Nevertheless, delayed payment should also be compensated, e.g. by punitive interest and/or fees for sending reminders. These are the general principles of B2B business (accounting). Example: if you do not pay your utility bill for 1-2 months, you are cut off from the service and you have to pay a contractual penalty, punitive interest or reminder costs to restore the service.

Miss Expose. can you try and get something going with them? i mean for affiliates to get paid.

i received email from them (on another email id) - asking me to promote them and that they have new brand and bingo relaunch and such. so seems they have money to launch new brand and to try to lure new affiliates, just not to pay the ones they owe.
