Vulkka Partners not paying commission

Vulkka owes us over €12k commission for December and January but is refusing to pay, citing traffic quality issues.
They accepted the traffic for two full months without any request to pause.
Payment got delayed and time and time again they claimed it will be paid fully.
Payment was overdue and 2 months after traffic was delivered they decide to freeze the funds- claiming its fraud

You have bad traffic, actually nothing worth more than the baseline. You are running around with your bad smelling piece no one wants. And than you blaming another cheater to cheat you?! :-D
