Fairly sure Wagershare is acquiring Referback...

What proof is this factored on?

I feel as an affiliate who currently promotes RF properties, we need to establish a baseline for all affiliates in which these events could affect. Hence what is rumour and what is fact.

IMHO it's becoming more and more obvious, a lot of South African based MGS casino management companies, their affiliate programs, payment proccessors et al, are all owed by the Moshal family. We also need to add Spiral/Jackpot Factory/Brightshare into that ownership too. Just working on Spiral and Fortune Lounge Group, that's well over 500 employees.

(The Brightshare chargeback thread where fees were only $38 per CB, compared to $100, tells me, their processor is in house.)

MGS is not the Rolls Royce of casino games anymore, there are, as well all know, plenty of other options for gamblers these days, just as good, if not better than MGS software.

From all these mergers lately, I dare say the Moshal's are feeling the pinch.

Albeit that doesn't answer the question about Wagershare/Referback.

Though, given it's highly likely Wagershare, Spin Palace Group et al are also owned by the Moshal's... And given that Wagershare essentially screwed over its longer term partners etc etc and are now rogued at many casino affiliate forums, including AGD. Then, from a pure business, company, money making venture, that Wagershare would turn Referback into a ghreat yeld for the Moshal's than it's doing now. That's if they decided to f#ck over their affiliate partners, like what happened at Wagershare.

I work with Referback and so far, I've been treated well. But if this Wagershare/Referback merger takes place, then I fea, I'll also see my rightful earnings, being shaved, taken and what not too.

But I think we need to establish what is rumour and what is fact.

I heard rumors of this approximately 6 months ago. It's a done deal. I think ownership is: FL, Referback, Wagershare (as I recall) and all owned by Wagershare now.

So all this is based solely on rumour and hearsay?
As far as FL, RF (RedReturns, Brightshare/Spiral) and WS being all owned by WS/SPG... Refer to my thread above :)

Dropped them a long time ago, never converted, so I don't care what they do. If they all become one group and stay shady, gone for the rest of them too. There are enough other Microgaming programs out there that are ok.

Microgaming doesn't do much for me anyways.

Not a rumor because I got a call at least 3 months ago first by wagershare then by referback explaining about their future merger.By now I am sure a fairly long list of affiliate got this same phone call.I was told all three companies are going to operate independently even though they are going to share some resources.Business as usually basically is what I was told.

I believe Fortune is owned separately from Referback/Wagershare/Betway and obviously fortune recently confirmed red returns is now part of the fortune group.I tend to think this digimedia thing may be set up so they can share the costs of licensing into regulated marketing but this is just my opinion as a possibility.

I will not be promoting this group now anyway, or the referback group either, i politely told the affiliate manager the other day via skype.

After getting all the feedback in this thread, so thanks, and also @bonustreak, that sucks, so they are clearly a group that is rogue and cant be trusted, thanks everyone.

About rumour or not: a Referback manager told me about this merge in March. Never work with Wagershare, first lesson in casino affiliate marketing ;-)

I've asked Referback to give an official statement on AGD about what's taking place, but they're not very responsive at the moment.
