Floridita Club Casino now redirects to a different MGS casino called Luxury Casino.

I sent a fair amount of traffic to Floridita Club over the last few months -- I was earning revenue there -- and now they've deleted Floridita from the stats.

How nice of them pocket my earnings and redirect my traffic to LuxuryCasino.com, which I can NOT promote through the affiliate program.

I sent an email to VA; I will post an update if I hear anything.

I agree KK, they did great for us, too. That's why we are trying to get a flat media deal with them and leave this affiliate program alone. Will let you know if we have any success. On the up-side (not to detract from the thread) - they have paid our company up-to-date, and are promising (again, I know) to get the payments out quicker for May.

On Floridita, thats a strange move and I'd like an answer. Did anyone ever push them after they were installed in the VA aff platform?

I received this yesterday:

Dear Affiliate,

As of 31st May, Floridita Club Casino players were acquired by xwww.LuxuryCasino.com, a premium Malta-licensed casino. Please rest assured that all your players’ balances and full details have been migrated automatically, as have your banner tags and trackers.

Whilst there is currently no affiliate program website launched Luxury Casino affiliate, we are tracking your statistics carefully and will provide weekly updates and reports as default. If you require more frequent reporting, please don’t hesitate to ask!

In the meantime, we have redirected your hosted banners to xwww.Grandhotelcasino.com the leading flagship brand from Vegas Affiliates.

One of our affiliate managers will be in touch directly to discuss the move and the new and exciting opportunities it creates for you.

We do apologise for the lack of notice given to you in regards to the move. However, the initial timescale for the acquisition to happen was mid June. However the software provider moved up the date a couple of times which left us with little time to plan and communicate with you. We accept that this is unacceptable but it was out of our control and we apologise on behalf of the whole Vegas Affiliate team.

Finally, we had a server upgrade on Vegas Affiliates recently. However, once the servers came back online, the access to Floridita Club Casino statistics had been denied. This seems to have been a result of the upgrade and the disabling of the Floridita merchant for new affiliates. However, your stats are preserved along with all tracking and out technical team are working around the clock to get the system updated to restore access to all Floridita Club Casino statistics for our affiliates. We apologise for the inconvenience and will notify you once we have resolved the issue.

Best regards,

Vegas Affiliates Team

and

Agreed. Although VA have always been plagued with response and payment issues as far back as I can remember, they have always struck me as having their hearts in the right place even if the hand/eye co-ordination is a bit slow :)

What it should also tell you is that Webbet, LTD is probably owned by the same folks who own MiniVegas, and that Luxury casino (Formerly "Old Chicago Casino") is probably their cross-marketing baby. Notice the similarities to it and Grand Hotel. Also notice its a much nicer looking site.

Anyone have any other logical explanations?

I like the group, too but the transparency issues are rampant. Not accusing but certainly recording.

Could it be they want Floridita out of the MV group for some reason? Wonder whats going to happen to Vegas Affiliates and MiniVegas?

I kind of see a storm brewing because Luxury Casino and Webbet are the same folks as MiniVegas from my inside information.

Somethings is up in my humble opinion. The move is suspicious to say the least. (to me)
