I have been reminded that Royal Panda are in the final few months of their earn out period after being acquired by Leo Vegas at the end of last year. It is highly likely that they are desperate to boost their NDP and margin numbers before the period expires so that they can maximise their payout from Leo Vegas via the earn out clause.

that is truly worrisome but I would wait end of the month ( and next one I reckon ) before making any conclusions.

I certainly hope they would understand what they did was wrong and not to mention illegal and hopefully they will also make another comment on AGD and reassure the affiliate community they won't be pulling more stunts like this...

Of course I knew that sort of thing would be a risk but realistically as an affiliate you can't prove anything so you just have to trust your gut. I felt like if they were willing to cut the commissions so blatantly there's nothing to stop them from doing other stuff that isn't so obvious and they could do it any time they liked. To be fair I promise to post here the day I see any further activity on the account.

But I made the call that it was probably already too late and it would be better to let others know what is going on than to keep quiet and let them get away with it. Who knows how many other affiliates they are doing this to that are too scared to say anything as you say.

The sad thing is that before they hit the self destruct button we were very happy with them. They always pay on time, their casino is good and we've had very few complaints from players, though we did get one recently from a player who got stung by the old chestnut of bonus bet limits that aren't programmed into the software. They are far from alone on that issue though, which is one of my pet gripes with casinos at the moment.

RP affiliates and Onno need to make public statement reassuring affiliates they won't be unilaterally and retroactively changing deals and T&Cs that would be seen as breach of the original contractual T&Cs.

Otherwize how can we trust them not to do this over and over again?

The players never returned of course... gee I wonder why? One was Swedish so would have disappeared anyway this month as Royal Panda have shut down that market.

But the latest is that this dog of an affiliate manager, who aside from trying to retroactively cut our commissions and shave us, had the gall to post private names and other info in this thread in contravention of privacy laws that his business is supposed to follow, is now asking me to send him a passport, license, photo id, proof of company ownership etc.

But I do understand that you're prudent about sending documents to affiliate programs. Especially, when a program has shown they post private details in public (which is clearly a data breach).

No way! you would be nuts giving this bozo anything that he could use against you or passed to others at some point. As he has been with them for many years he is way part of the furniture so giving it to someone else there would not make any difference anyway.

I stopped promoting RP about 2 years ago as something was not feeling right, if Otto showed up at another program that i currently promote that would be a BIG source of concern & i would be looking at an exit.
