"Dear Affiliate Partner,
I hope you are keeping safe during this difficult time.
I wanted to touch base to inform you that we are moving on to a better platform which seems to us more user friendly and technology compatible in terms of server-to-server tracking, tag based tracking et al.
The details of the new platform will be sent by Tuesday next week. Meanwhile, I request you to please take a backup of your data for your records. We have taken it at our end.
Once we give you the platform link in our following email in this regard, you will have to:
1. Change the password. The user name will be the same as the old one.
2. Update new links and banners.
We promise you the seamless migration.
Please do let me know if you have any questions.
