Does the T&C's specify the number of NDP's required, to ensure, an affiliate doesn't get kicked back to 20%?

From what you've written, it sounds like "enough traffic" is an unknown quantity...

No Dave and i can't find anything about inactivity into T&C's.

I noticed coincidentally on checking stats that it's reduced to default.

They referred to me that there are not enough depositing players since beginning.

without any activity we do not prolong the flat deal usually and it drives on default comission

One can't say that's no activity but they say that there are not enough customers.

In the meantime it was set back to old deal for "3 months".

Of course each one have different views what activity or inactivity means. We have listed but we don't do much promotion, that's correct.

The reason is easy because there are not much payment options for our german customers.

Crypto, Neosurf, CashtoCode and MiFinity that's all and not enough. I would say the only option for a german customer is MiFinity.

So it's not really the best recommendation for our customers, but payments are very fast.

I don't want to complain i only want to say that one should check each month because you will not informed about if happens.

Hi, if I'm not mistaken you had 1 depositing player per year or something like this. The VIP deal was expired (we are putting it on 1 year), you have written to my skype as you had some ngr, I told you that we shall count the current month via 40% (and we did so), but if there will be no increased traffic, we wouldn't prolong the VIP deal as 1 active player without negative carryover for the year is not what the VIP deal expect. Sorry if it is against your expectations.

It's no need to mention that there is not enough traffic or maybe 1 player (in fact there are 7 registrations and 3 FTD's since January 2021) because i already confirmed.

Only a few days ago i found out that MiFinity is the best option for german customers to pay in Curacao licensed casinos.

But the customers must be informed about that this is a good solution.

Because there is left only Crypto, 2 prepaid provider, Sticpay and credit card and these are not optimal options for DE customers.

All this should explain the low traffic. But hope that we can increase a bit more in future.

As far as I see, 2 depositing players in 2021 and 1 in 2020. We are working on the automatic notification if the commissions were changed. Germany is a very complicated market now. Instantpay (MGA is with Sofort and Bank) was converting Germany perfectly in 2020-2021, before last month DE added a 5% tax on all bets. Now German players are searching Curacao casinos.
