We do not have a secret license, we have a normal gaming license. Ownership is choosing not to publicly post the licensing information. Our audits and fair gaming certification is there to assure players there is a regulator and testing of our software for fairness.

If you are unhappy with the information you are given you have the right not to work with us. I am not here trying to force or even convince anyone to work with SlotsVendor. I didn't make a sales pitch or post saying come work with us. I am here to be a visible presence for the company should any affiliates who do work with us have questions or concerns.

The only thing you provided was a post saying it took you 2 years to get paid, but that you were in fact paid when you contacted Sabrina about it. I don't know the circumstances around why you did not receive payment, but the post is from 2009, so forgive me for not remembering. The fact of the matter is that the 'proof' you provided only shows you were paid.

This payment issue regarding my past employment at another company has been drawn out far too long lots0. This thread is suppose to be about SlotsVendor and Liberty Slots, so this is the last I'm talking about this issue on the boards. If you feel the need for more 'closure', please email or PM me and we can take this offline.

As for the license, Liberty Slots accepts US players... sorry if you don't like that the owners would like to remain silent and would not like company info published. You are not the ones at risk, so I don't think you are in the position to question their decision.

You are free to your own opinion and free to make your own decisions based on the information given. Like I said in my last post, if you don't like the information provided, then don't work with us. It's simple. There doesn't need to be anymore conversation about this. The information is out there and everyone can read this and make their own decisions on what they want to do as well.

Any casino that is operating in fear of the truth to players and affiliates sure does leave the door open for a fly by night operation in my eyes.

One of my biggest problems here is that all of our Vegas Technology players were e-mailed and regular mailed to join Liberty Slots casino without being tagged to affiliate accounts even though players never signed up with Liberty.

It's pretty obvious they have the players info to tag over our old players but don't want to. Waited a few months to open the aff program so they could get their share before asking affiliates to market them yet again. Seen it to many times before.

Once again Nick, It's not you I question...its Vegas Technology in any shape or form.

Why bother to get the license in the first place if your going to keep it secret?

As I said before the ONLY reason to get a non-us license, in the current US market, is to help with the sites credibility with the players.

But if you keep the license secret (don't tell anyone about it), how are the players supposed to know you are licensed?

The idea that your keeping this license secret to protect the owners from the US law enforcement... is really beyond belief.
If that were truly the case... Why have the other casinos that take US not made their license 'secret'?

I think this whole secret license thing, is ONLY to protect the owners from affiliates knowing the owners of slots vendor are the same people that owned casino coins.

As slotsvendor's server resides in the Curacao E-Commerce Park, the first place we checked was Curacao.
One of the most worthless licensing jurisdictions in the world.

But no record of slotsvendor.eu with Curacao.
Per a phone conversations with Arie(I think that is how it's spelled) at curacao-egaming.com, they have never heard of slotsvendor.eu.

In order for a Curacao e-gaming license to be valid there must be a live valid link from their seal on a site and the seal must be displayed.

License Seal Services operating under our eGaming license are required to display our official seal.
The official seal provides the following:

Assurance the company is complying with our jurisdictions technical compliance requirements

As long as you are looking into this... you might want to get the casino name right It's Liberty Slots. So - I doubt any gaming authority would recognize SlotsVendor.eu as anything even if Liberty Slots were licensed there. Just a thought.

We also asked about "liberty slots" and received the same response.

Neither slotsvendor.eu or LibertySlots.eu have a valid license in Curacao.

We now have submitted queries to the e-gaming registrars in Panama, Costa Rica, Belize, Venezuela, Antigua, St Kitts/Nevis, Estonia and last but least Latvia.

If anyone can think of any other 'lose' licensing jurisdictions that I left out please speak up.

Curacao was the most likely place, as their server is located there.

We should hopefully have some responses soon... will update.

If, for example, a player has a problem with Liberty Slots, and would like to submit a formal complaint to regulator - how he/she will he able to do that? From what I see now, players don't have any opportunity to complain to regulator, only to casino or public forums, like Casinomeister.

Thank you for the information, but I do have an issue with what you are saying at Affiliateguarddog. You have gone on for pages calling them thieves over an affiliate payment you received. You are accusing the affiliate manager of Libertyslots of being in cahoots with the imaginary thievery, and going on and on about how they are crooks.


All for $350 - that you received.


I can see how some people have issue on the mysterious appearance of the casino group. It's well documented here at Casinomeister - but to make libelous statements about Nick Yap based on your personal sour grapes ($350! ) is unprofessional and downright ridiculous. You are delusional - and I'm prepared to publish the docs we have concerning your PAB (to include your colorful comments) to clear CasinoCoins' and Nick's name.


The "secret" licensing is alarming - alarming in the manner that it should not be necessary to keep this information out of the public eye. That's enough for me to consider placing them into the not recommended section of the rogue pit.


But then we can open up a debate on how important licensing really is when there is self-regulation. (please initiate that in another thread if need be). We know that it's primarily set up for tax purposes - player service and protection is usually not a priority.


I also have not seen any evidence that this casino has been poaching players from a defunct CasinoCoins database. As far as I can tell, Libertyslots is starting from scratch sans some of the administrative aspects (Vegas Tech, website templates, ex-CC employees, auditing service).


If there are any outstanding real (not imaginary) issues, I'm all eyes and ears.

Seems some of you didn't know - Theft = denying property to the rightful owner.

My money(property) was denied to me(Stolen), then after two years I was able to recover PART of what was stolen, with the help of Casinomeister's pab service... thanks bryan...

Slotplayer: I think the consensus is that this place appeared under mysterious/suspicious circumstances. That the people running things are at least in part the old CasinoCoins crew. Who the "new" owners are is being kept very secret and most believe that they are either CasinoCoins or they stole the player database from affiliates. Also the site is a blatant rip off of English Harbor making no one very comfortable. It even had the old EH Summer of Slots tournaments on it for some time and graphical elements are clearly ripped off. Nick knew about LS long ago, but didn't tell any but a handful - therefore affiliates were unable to hold EH and CasinoCoins to honor its agreements as we were told they were "just leaving" and that's all we could get out of them.

Lots0: the really humorous thing is this (According to LS themselves) "Deciding if an online casino is worth trusting is of simply a matter of reading honest reviews and determining if it is licensed" Trusting Online Casinos - so according to Liberty Slots site itself, you should be wary of them.

Nick Yap: always been a great AM for me, and I plan to promote this group, but only after being honest, because I feel that integrity is one of the most important things we have as humans. I am not giving a "pass" , they will go in my un-rated section (see bottom of this post). Players like the software and games and I'm not going to restrict them from having a good time, nor am I going to lose out on the traffic. If they begin doing anything unsavory to players then its a whole new game.

It is easy to understand why people are going to be suspicious. Some of the angriest people in that thread are now the welcoming committee here and you know it. Additionally the questions in that thread are still unanswered and apparently, after London, the questions seem to have become unimportant to the most vocal of voices of that thread.

Worst of all in my opinion is

Andy is tired of people "saying stuff they can't back up" - but that seems to be applied selectively. For example, how come this company that everyone was so convinced is CasinoCoins, are now certified and defended just because the affiliate manager says its a different company? but before they were ready to rogue them and run campaigns against them? How come affiliate programs are not asked to back up their facts to us, but affiliates are ?

The affiliate manager is being trusted on his word, yet affiliates are being demanded to provide proof of things, despite all the evidence around that was riling up a large portion of the AGD team! You should know this stuff is coming!! This looks very underhanded.

The standard applied to Affiliate Programs should be at a minimum as strict as you want to hold affiliates to. You are asking affiliates to prove facts that look pretty obvious, while simultaneously you are allowing programs that are looking shady to say things without proving them. Not only that, you are "thanking" threads that contain known false hoods and NOT thanking people who are bringing up quite relevant points even if you don't like their tone, and yes the contrast speaks volumes. This is a double standard, undeniably. (your tagline says: "protecting affiliates interests")

It's been leaked that this outfit is being run by "an existing program that most are familiar with." Bonusstreak was coming out of her skin to find out who they were and confront them. Then apparently Nick asked her if she knew and she lost all desire for due diligence even though she was speaking to the source - her big chance to find out for us affiliates!?! ... now the same people are here cheering this group on without answers to the questions that were driving them insane. Who does it look like we are protecting here?

If you just take the parties claimed to be involved: VegasTech, WagerTech, and Liberty Slots, common sense should tell you very quickly that the database did not just walk away. Do you really think LS didn't want it? I thought VT was leaving the market place? They don't have any use for it in that case. Their entire site looks like English Harbor, runs on the same software, and is employing the same people.

I've never even told my side of what happened with casino coins in the first place. But since I am being called delusional, by someone who is respected here... I thought my side of the casino coins story needed saying.

1. Back in 2007 I had been an affiliate with casino coins for around a year and was happily making an average of 1k a month with casino coins and showing steady growth.

2. Then a couple of days after a rather nasty public disagreement/fight/argument with Lou Fabino(deceased owner/operator of CAP), my casino coins stats just stopped working. The total amount owed to me showing on the stats when they stopped working was $350.
Lou later bragged to me and others about how he told the cc people to 'blow me off'... and no I can't prove what Lou said or if what he said was true. But I sure believe it was true and so do others that knew Lou.

3. Over the next two years I sent more emails than I can count to casino coins. I sent the emails to all the cc email address I could find and I used different email address, thinking that maybe my email got banned by 'mistake'. 1K a month is a sizable income, so I don't think I have to prove I tried everything I could think of to contact them.

4. I kept their banners and links up for three months, before I pulled them. (not as fast back then as I am now... live and learn)

5. Not one single response in over two years, to the dozens of emails that I sent.

6. Skip ahead to 2009, Casino Coins wants to get certified on Casinomeister, I saw an opportunity to collect and let folks know what kind of people were running cc. So I bitched in casinomeister forum (Much like I have done here) and filed a pab... If you have read this thread, you know the rest of the story.


Nick was the affiliate manager of casino coins for those two years.
How is it possible that he was not aware of what was going on? All those emails, my stopped income and stats, my lost players... How is it possible Nick Yap as affiliate manager of casino coins did not know what was going on?

I haven’t ever even brought up before the lost income, of at least three months of earning ~1k... and the loss of a nice stable of players...

Because all I could "prove" (I had a screen shot of the stats, after they 'froze') was the measly $350...
