Weltbet - Not Paying commission

Hi,
Recently had an issue with them.
Currently they owe us 1,120.00 EUR
Commission is from August and September. Issue here is, that when we reached amount to get commission paid, it was not paid out. Than managers throw me to different people and I get connected to Demir. He tells me, that payments are made around 15th of the month and I should write him next month around 10th to ask him for payment. That is kind of weird already. But as it is already passed 15th I waited till November. Now on 8.11 I wrote to him and now they said that they wont pay full commission, because they have 30% redeposit policy. Based on our results, that is not possible, that we have not reached that. We also paused campaign and and they could easily said this previous month. Now they are not replying to my messages, because I want some detailed report and some proof. So, in the end, I would say, this is untrustworthy company and an predatorial, as they pay only if you ask them, throwing you in rollercoaster.

Paying upon request is nothing weird at all, except if you requested to get it auto monthly and they cant do it.
Other than that this just looks like another burner account where cpa was abused?

Due to our T&C both sides have responsibilities which have to be done. As you can see the terms and conditions are on our aff site.

Here is the clause that supports our action and statement:

• Unapproved traffic sources and launches will not be paid by CPA and will be transferred to RevShare. Also If more than 30% of players don't make repeated deposits or if 30% or more FD is the minimum deposit, the affiliate program has the right to freeze the payment to the affiliate or transfer the traffic to RevShare.

We have very open rules to keep ourselves from scam affiliates who send us poor traffic and ask for CPA payments. All affiliates accept these rules while they are registering. As you can see in the second ss their traffic is very scam. Thus we converted their CPA payment to RS which is fair for both sides but they didn't accept it. We have been in the market for many years and have many partners with whom we have been working without any problem.
