We deposited €20 via Skrill and took a welcome bonus of 100% up to 300.

Our funds with the welcome offer were €40 and we started playing some slots:

Eventually, we lost all the funds and checked the earnings report:

For the deposit of €20 via Skrill the Net Gaming Revenue was €8.81
Our earnings should be 45% of NGR which is €3.96

To summarize, the Effective Net Gaming Revenue (the amount of money deposited and lost) is 8.81/20= 44%.

Finally, multiply the advertised revenue share rate with the Effective NGR to see your real revenue share rate, e.g:

• 25% = 11.00 %
• 30% = 13.20 %
• 35% = 15.40 %
• 40% = 17.60 %
• 45% = 19.80 %

Since a few months back, I avoid any casino using affilka as software! No matter promises of great deals!
Also:
Every single one I have pointed out that the commissions sucks, with a link to the
Audit Report at AGD, have reply "well, you will get better % on your deal, so what's the problem?"

The problem is YOU, ripping out every affiliate that is not opening their mouth and saying "ey, this is not right.."!

I have zero respect for those casinos, changing terms like they want, without notice and also taking up to 90%!!!!! of the money, that cud and should be shared equal making both parts happy!

Last but not least: "..We are a white label with costs, that's why we charge an admin fee..."
No shit! How come your costs (admin fees) are up to 300% higher than a copy-paste other casino (most softswiss) have???!!! Mouses made of gold and screens made of crystal with frames decorated with diamonds?

Things is, any legit fees (lets face it these admin fees are a crock of crap), the charge to affiliates should ONLY be what they are paid in TRUE %. EG - If and affiliate gets 25%, then they pay 25% of the that fee. The program pays 75% of the fees, that's fair.

However, places like Video Slots, West Affiliates, and other scum bags stealing from their affiliates, are hitting these folks up for 100% of all their business expenses. It's one HUGE scam.

What's more sad is when a program comes along and does away with all fees and deductions, no one joins and rewards that business for their innovation / generosity. It's almost like there is comfort in moaning about the bad programs. Only when you start promoting fair programs and stop traffic to bad ones, will they be forced to make changes to get your traffic.

No offense, but your brand did and do not work with my traffic. I had you listed on hotspots for a couple of weeks, bringing in 1 NDC (€20 deposit) with €0 commissions (commissions not set) and at the same time the other brands from the list got at least 3-4 NCS's.

Overall no matter if you would have a 99.99% REAL deal, my traffic simple do not get attracted enough of your brand - Sadly nothing I can do about it nor you from that part else =(

Hi - are you talking about recently or when we were on Nektan? I ask as Nektan was absolutely terrible at conversion and retention, but right now, we are at 41% conversion which really impressed us to be honest.

No offense, but your brand did and do not work with my traffic.

Unfortunately, and for reasons unknown, it happens. It has happened to me. Back in the day I ran 35+ sites, all dedicated to pokies/slots. I'd add programs, which for others, were kicking butt. Some worked and some couldn't convert, no matter what I did, and believe me I tried.
