West Affiliates hold payment since November

We've been chasing West Affiliates for over six months regarding unpaid commission owed since November. Despite repeated follow-ups, we've received either no response or vague replies like “we don’t know when the payment will be made.”
This ongoing delay is unacceptable and unprofessional.
