WH contact?

Hi. Anyone has a valid contact for WH affiliates?
I just saw that their website has changed and my login doesn't work anymore.
I already tried to contact them at affiliates-support@williamhill.com but email just bounced back with the following: "Undeliverable: [EXTERNAL] Login details" (don't even know what this means).

On their website, there are no contact form, or I couldn't find any, and the chat keeps loading and nothing happens.

I've tried to reset my password even I am 100% sute that the password is OK but it says that username and/or email doesn't exist.

So, I just need to contact them to see if they closed my account or what.

I wanted to arrange a partnership with WH. The manager told me that my project was unpromising and stopped contacting me, I believe that such behavior in business is not acceptable.

Problem is, William Hill are no longer interested in you unless you can deliver 500 FTDs per month. They'd rather buy trash from some media company than valuable players from you. This industry is dead. Spot these advertisers and avoid them. Only bet365 have any interest in the small guy anymore

Not sure that's even true, anymore. Been a fair few people this last year or 2, who try to signup to 365, only to be ignored. Finally when some have made contact, they're told 365 are seeking more established affiliates. Which, lets not BS each other means... your a small-guy, we don't want you!

It's not. Even those who are established are met with a bunch of rules and demands. When I was told "we'd have to find a higher place" for them I simply refused and stopped. Didn't come here to take orders.

Logically, when you were small with 4M players you cared about the little guys, now that you have over 85M worldwide, you want only the top of the top. As they say "it's nothing personal just business".

As for WH if they closed your account they did you a favor. Ten years ago, I gifted them all of my players , closed my account and never looked back. Best decision of my life. In 18 months of work, never ever did I get a payment on time, and it had to be chased. Every month, month after month.

True, I heard they weren't taking on anyone new.

Same here for WH. Closed them off when they were based in Israel. Skimming, cheating and anything else you'd like to throw in there.
