Yes, I (josh) have taken over as Gaurd Dog since the purchase. I am in contact with Andy constantly for advice
Admin Fee. . . . . . . . 24.76%
I don't know.How does one justify a 24.76% admin fee?
The one question I have not had answered, is what happens to the 60% of the NGR left after they have paid me 40% of it?It's bullshit if you ask me.
25% off the top, and then we get a fraction of what's left? Please.
This is a really good idea Josh.
Once you have audited a few more I would love to see a comparison table that lists all the results in one place instead of going through different forum threads trying to compare them.
This is a great idea and long overdue IMO.
I can get this started with a couple...
Now that Videoslots have finally given us what we asked for - by FAR the most transparent reporting of any program I work with - we can now see the full break-down.
This is not nice reading - but at least it's totally honest!
Figures from my last 3 months, averaged - as a percentage of GGR:
J/Pot Deduction . . . . 0.99%
Gaming taxes. . . . . . 6.51%
Bank Fees . . . . . . . . 7.48%
Provider Fees. . . . . . 9.41%
Admin Fee. . . . . . . . 24.76%
Bonus Given . . . . . . 24.55%
Paid Loyalty. . . . . . . 11.39%
Net Gaming Rev . 14.95%
My Commission . . 5.98%
Note: All three months were positive ones - no negative figures.
And here's a VERY simple one: Trada Casino:
Commission = 25% of GGR.

But I don't understand the Admin Fee. . . . . . . . 24.76%
In the particular case of Videoslots, they said (somewhere on this forum IIRC) that the "Admin Fee" covers all the overheads of running the casino. i.e. Buildings, staff, equipment, power, etc...Hi ,
Thanks for your reply
Let me understand so usually admin fee is what casinos are paying for the affiliate platform/network they are running with.
Do you mean affiliate platform/network e.g income access or netrefer ? because i thought they charged a set fee monthly to brands like 3000 USD I could be wrong.

Not sure if the affy platform is included in that - but probably as it isn't itemised elsewhere.
They aren't using any 3rd party provider AFAIK - I believe it is their own in-house bespoke affiliate system.
