What is this all about? (Summary of AGD Audit results)

Over the last 10 years of being an affiliate, we have noticed ever increasing fees and subtractions from our affiliate earnings.

Many of these fees are for good reason with taxes from regulated markets, games licensing etc

But we have found no easy way to compare the affiliate programs and while unchecked they are adding additional fees with many affiliates being none the wiser.

So, we are creating this section to audit the programs by making a small deposit into a casino tracked to an affiliate account we own and then seeing how much we earn.

We will try to do at least one program each week and then add it to our database so our visitors can compare programs easily.

To help this section grow more rapidly we invite our members to do the same and if done in a logical manner we can then add this information to our database and we can all fight this growing trend more effectively.

This is something I think a lot of affiliates will find huge value in. Many affiliate programs are reluctant to provide the exact fees taken to calculate the net revenue. We have asked many programs this information over the years and with very unsatisfactory feedback and reluctance to provide more details on the fees.

This audit should help many affiliates see which programs they need to negotiate and fight for better deals, as 40,45,50% rev share sounds great but in reality and its not really. Hybrid deals may be a better option.

Can't wait , especially those that hide deposit amounts to avoid the red flags then claim that affiliates don't need to see deposits, we should just take their word for it.... will bonuses be taken? My only concern is if they modify your affiliate account to show different results to other affiliates?

Now that Videoslots have finally given us what we asked for - by FAR the most transparent reporting of any program I work with - we can now see the full break-down.
This is not nice reading - but at least it's totally honest!

The only slight problem I see with this method, is that a SMALL deposit may incur disproportionally high transaction fees.
e.g. A casino may charge a flat fee rather than a % of the deposits amount.

One way to get good, comparable data would be to deposit roughly the same amount with each test. Always 20, 50, whatever. I see £20 first deposits quite often, so using that amount for the audits seems reasonable.

I'm looking forward to seeing more results -- it should be very interesting.

This is great thanks for doing this. Could I maybe add some ideas or suggestions? Or basically what i have going around in my head.

Should all this not be hidden only for members or I mean so affiliate programs can not see or obtain this information? Also maybe it would be good idea if somehow it could be checked and tracked over a much longer perioed etc. (i know this is difficult and would incur much more costs) But if checked over many months or even a year would reflect a much more accurate information as who knows things could change some months and we see strange charges or deductions.

Also my fear is some programs might take advantage and "fiddle" things to make it look better or not deduct everything......

Really hard for me right now to explain what I mean proper hope you get me?

Using the formula you stated in the jacked thread... I applied this to Next Casino, Casino Luck.. a real 12% Net comms.. @40% I have been back and forth with the aff manager and they usually just give some vague numbers and quote the terms and conditions... would be great if you could do them next as I see many affs have had problems with them
