Im interested in vegashero, wil there be future update, to don't show games that are not working on mobile?
- possible to add game descriptions?
- options not to show the operators dropdown?

- We may in future hide games that don't work on mobile, we anticipate that providers will swap many of their games out for mobile versions
- We won't be adding game descriptions, this would be duplicate content.
- Are you referring to the dropdown on the lobby?

Hi,

Don't know if this is a global issue (haven't checked out ALL Playngo slots). However, while the Reactoonz and Moon Princess functions with 'Spacebar' to activate each slot-spin, there is no ability to change bet size. Plus, when "Spacebar" is deactivated in the game menu, there is no 'Spin Button'... The other problem is the sizing (as you see from the screen cap below, in this example):

Seems the issue stems from the games url, which is calling up the "mobile" version. id=reactoonzmobile&gameId=100333

When I view the frame for the game only, and remove "mobile" EG: id=reactoonz&gameId=100333

It functions in desktop correctly.

I've tested Sweet Alchemy and that works correctly in Desktop. But reiterating, both Reactoonz and Moon Princess are using "mobile" in their URL's, which is this format does not function for Desktop.

While I agree "mobile" is very popular these days (about 50% on my sites), there's still 50% using Desktop. Hence, it defeats the purpose having games listed, if, they don't work across all interface platforms.

Thanks for the feedback on these games. I'll check with the PlaynGo dev team and see what they advise.
Our demo seems to be showing the desktop version fine with all the Spin and bet size buttons showing demo.vegashero.co / games/reactoonz/
Please run an import on PlaynGo provider on your site because I remember fixing a similar issue a good couple of months ago.

Regarding age verification required by UKGC - there are many third party free plugins that do a great job for age verification on site.
For example try using this https://wordpress.org/plugins/age-gate/ you can set in the options to show the age verification only on demo game posts.

The UKGC new demo-game laws ONLY permit B2B (game developer) to use demo-games for the purpose of marketing (selling) said games to potential Business Clients. They MUST use Age verification.

Affiliate's are not B2B (business to business) instead... they're B2C (business to customer)

Seems some affiliate programs are once again placing their own interpretation on the new UKGC free game laws. I can see a LOT of UK licensed gambling firms being fined over this, and guess who will pay the price for this stuff up

I’m no expert in compliance, but what I can see on major software provider site (check netent.com or pragmaticplay.com for example) this type of age verification popup is the common practice for demo games.
If it’s good for netent’s official website I think it should be fine for affiliates.

Sometimes I wonder... Instead of me actually typing English (here), those words are actually passing thru an alternative-reality and being spat out as Swahili, or even as alien language.

@Imre - The age click-wrap nag screens found on gaming software provider sites, are now mandatory for those B2B entities. The UKGC has officially (by law) exempted B2B software providers from the free-demo-game UK bans. However, affiliates using your demo-game plugin, are providing these games to "consumer" (aka UK players et al).

The UKGC exemption laws for B2B software providers, is not extended to affiliates. It's a moot point if they install/use an age click-wrap nag screen. Reiterating the UKGC exempts B2B software providers ONLY. Not B2C which UK promoting affiliates are.

At the end of the day, you've got a vested interest in this. Hence, I don't think it's a good idea to be putting information out there that isn't correct. The only thing you stand to lose are affiliates buying your plugin.

Whereas affiliates accepting your opinion, could very have their affiliate account(s) closed, due to them being in contravene of these new UKGC demo-game laws.

Age verified meaning: they have submitted ID docs to prove their age. An age click-wrap (as you are proposing) does not ensure anything. EG - A child can simply enter a bogus Date-of-Birth, to access these demo games.
