“Net Revenue is the calculation of the total wagers of a Customer minus (i) winnings, (ii) bonuses awarded, (iii) Deductible Costs.
Deductible Costs include but are not limited to third party licensing fees, chargebacks, progressive jackpot contributions, duties and taxes, transaction fees, Game royalties, and any other cost incurred by the Company and the Operator due to a fraudulent and/or abusive activity of the Customer and are approximately calculated to amount to 25%.”

It's seems like a competition between the operators: who can be the worst? Who can be the most shameless in stealing their affiliates?

What these clueless owners don't understand is, it's their business, hence they have costs, just like affiliates have costs in promoting their brand(s). These expenses are a COST of conducting business.

Affiliates bring the traffic that these places couldn't.

Besides, we don't pass our business expenses to these operators and neither should they to us.

We can all bitch and moan about how pathetic these commission % are.

But to actually force change - takes everyone one of us to refuse to work with programs like this. And, with every chance we get, make sure that we tell every newbie affiliate not to work with them either.

Hello, i also made an audit myself! They are pure scam! Beware and stay away!

Player made a deposit of 500 euro, no bonus, no casino etc. Just 1 bet and lost it!
The revenue is minus!!! -375 Euro! and from that i get MINUS -45% which is -168,75 euro
So if your player lose, they say its all ok, your player won and they will not pay you any commission. I complained a few times with the aff. manager, he is pure joke! No clue how a real aff. program works and he told me, thats because the turnover was so high, the account is in the negative. I never heard that the turnover would impact the result. Even if i guy makes a 100 Euro deposit, makes 10 Mio turnover and he lose all at the end, still the commission should be from 10 Euro. So don't waste your time! They are scam!

I checked again today the stats and i am now 100% sure, there must be an error in the stats. Still 1 player.
Made a deposit, made a bet, it count as minus. So IF the player had won,as the stats showing, the player would not make again a deposit. So always the same, deposit -bet-lost made a deposit ,bet and lost...and somehow it shows sometimes minus, even if he makes after this bet and loss another deposit. No player in the world would make another deposit,IF he has won a bet! So im now 100 sure. But like i said, i don't think anybody will listen and fix this.

So do they first deduct 50% off the Gross Revenue to have the Effective Net Revenue and then deduct other costs from that? Has anyone heard that some costs for the operators are now paid based on the turnover rather than revenue?

I work with other referion aff. programs, they just work fine,its only Wowpartners. The problem is,that the aff manager saying all is ok...

So a quick update, i asked the aff manager for a player history and quess what, he cant share, because of data protection. I mean i did not ask for personal infos, just the history. Sorry guys, but this is the biggest joke ever. They cheating etc.

Btw i would love to share screenshots, but at this stage if anyone from affguard dog is interested, let me know.
Also still the aff manager is telling me, i checked everything, all is ok....they are such a scam

i just registered only because of this threat here. I can confirm, what you are saying the stats are rigged and this clown Linus is a scam, the whole Team is a scam. I showed them also all the bets and history! I talked to the Head of Aff. and told her that there is an error with the calculation. Do you know what happened? They kicked me out of their program and blocked all communication with me! So stay away and team of aff. guard dog, make please another audit use brand bankonbet. Do not test it with casino, test it with sport and you will see it is rigged. Do 3-4 bets on different days. Even if you lose all 4 bets, it will show, that you won a few.Ask them for how it is calculated, they will say (i quote)
"NGR/Net Revenue=gross - bonuses - adj fee (admin fee)
GGR/Gross=bets-wins
Admin fee casino 20%"


For all hard working affiliates, use other programs, this is not fair here! Stay away!

Are these guys part of the same group that operates 7StarsPartners (Spinanga, Casinia brands) and MioMedia (MyEmpire and Malina Casino)?
I recall that their current brand Wazamba used to belong to 7StarsPartners and they had similar practices regarding affiliates.
