different online casinos: Casino Brango - Brango Casino Affiliates, Yabby Casino - YabbyAffiliates, and Casino Extreme - Casino Extreme Affiliates.
If interested in promoting one of their brands, affiliates need to join one or more of the separate
affiliate programs offered by XMark Affiliates.

I have been locked out of my account for a while,. they still pay and email me for that but when I ask them to fix the password reset I do not get any response. can you help?

Tried to contact them to fix our access or quit contacting us. They said they
would look into it.. but then we never heard anything back from them.

I'm still waiting for October's payment, despite other affiliates getting theirs on the 7th. Same thing happened last month and took several e-mails to get paid (none of which they replied to).

It doesn't make any sense. Helping affiliates often leads to better exposure.

Yeah - it's a shame. Before Xmark took over, Extreme used to pay me on the 1st or 2nd of every month without fail - and they were one of my biggest earners too!

But recently, I didn't get paid for June, July and August until I chased them up.
And now I am still waiting for October pay...

I see at GPWA, Xmark has already processed Nov 24's payments. Again, we haven't received ours, but this time we didn't even receive a request for payment details.

It doesn't look good. Apparently, Xmark is slowly winding down to closing up shop or is prioritising payments, which leads us to believe there are cashflow issues.
