Dear valued partner,
We regret to inform you that, following recent business decisions, and also with reference to the Yourbetfriends Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions, Yourbet will stop offering online gaming services to its customers and ceases its Affiliate Program.
We kindly ask you to stop referring players/visitors to Yourbet (Yourbet.com) with immediate effect. You will no longer be able to refer any new players or earn commissions on payments from the 31st of October of 2019.
After October 31st of 2019, Yourbet will stop offering online gaming services and Yourbetfriends affiliate portal will close on November 5th of 2019. Payments will be made up until and including November 5th of 2019.
If you have any questions, kindly direct them to partners@yourbetfriends.com. For outstanding payment requests, kindly forward all queries to accounts@yourbet.com.
Your account will be impacted by these changes and therefore shut down on November 5th of 2019. We would like to draw your attention to — but not limit ourselves by — the following Affiliate Program quoted hereinbelow:
11.1 Term: This Agreement may be terminated without cause by either Party at any time provided that a thirty (30) days’ written notice is sent via email to the other Party. For the purposes of notification of termination, delivery via e-mail will be considered as a written and immediate form of notification. In the case that the Operator stops offering its online gaming services to its customers, this Agreement will terminate automatically, and no prior notice is required.
39 Termination of Agreement: It is at the sole discretion of the Operator to terminate the Affiliate Agreement at anytime as further outlined in section 11 of this Affiliate Agreement.
