Active Players + Unique Depositors not working

Since 15th this month, the rows of Active Players + Unique Depositors is just zeroed out. Are you guys aware of this / working on this Miles?

Must be one of the worst releases I have seen in terms of functionality and transparency. But hey, it is responsive at least

I'm sure they are... But speed isn't their virtue, well... not unless it's a deposit issue, then they pull out ALL stops, in record time and FIX IT. Can't having anything disturb, alter or malfuction, when it concerns the VS CASH COW

..which is understandable. I do the same when some of our websites are down. It is just frustrating and suspicious when they don't act on affiliate problems the same way. I can almost hear the shaving machine buzzing all the way here, bzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzt bzz bzzz.

All jokes aside... the 15'th was 8 working days ago (12 days total). I have to ask, why does it take an affiliate to point this out, to make the said affiliate program/AM, aware of this issue?

I am not laughing and am taking this very seriously we do have measures in place to monitor issues but I dropped the ball here and missed this so I am purely saying thank you for pointing it out after all we are partners and have escalated it and will make sure its rectified I'm sure its a not a major issue that needs resolving as previous to his it was working 100% apologies guys ill take this one for the team

Lol I love the imagery used I'm going to use a Donald Trump Signature move here and say its "FAKE NEWS" the fact remains that this was missed and an issue that needs resolving.. did we drop the ball yes , should we have picked it up sooner yes , should we as affiliate managers have noticed it before you did yes , but the whole idea of working together is to assist each other in making the program into something we are all happy and excited about .. the fact is that this was 2 metrics in an entire report that have fallen over and we need to see why this happened and fix it .. as much as we want to be all eyes everywhere its impossible and we appreciate your help and feedback in pointing out or flaws .. I am hoping in the not too distance future to come back here with some good news and proove all my doubters and the program doubters wrong as I know we really are trying to improve .. every other aspect of those reports is working and prior to the dates mentioned in the post all for them were so I cant imagine its a major issue to sort out .. I have put my hands up and said we missed it and we apologize its getting worked on.

I just hope you see the importance of really getting back the trust of the affiliates by becoming transparent. For me, it is just not enough of starting to show a minimum amount of stats like deposits. I wanna see more stats than industry standard in order to start trusting you again. I wanna see goodwill and a totally open dialogue. This has gone way too far and Videoslots should be flagged as rogue IMO until you prove yourself.

It's really not just about minor issues here and there - I totally get that things can slip through the cracks. It is about the whole picture that you are giving us (and the AM's before you) where you promise things that you can't deliver, hide stuff, avoid talking about "hot" stuff (like how you calculate Net Revenue) and fees, blaming others for the shortcomings. This blaming game that you play makes Videoslots look very bad.

I really can't see why any new affiliates would like to start working with Videoslots today.

Again, when I write "you", I mean Videoslots as a company and sadly you are now representing them so your words are their words and their words are your words.

I have also said numerous times that we are very aware of yours and other affiliates issues with the program. I have promised progress and improvements and these will come we will gain your trust again of that I am certain

That is a complete untruth and pulled from thin air statement that has absolutely no truth to it whatsoever .. We have dozens of affiliates that are on CPA and Hybrid Deals doing well by us every day and standing by us with our limitations of which we have been open and honest about . I have said also in many posts that should any affiliate be unhappy about the deal they are on or if its not the model that works best for them to speak to their account managers and negotiate a new one. I have also said that your welcome to take a Break from promoting VS until we have sorted out the reporting etc that you want to see .. No one is forcing you to promote us the affiliates that do are standing by a good product and a trustworthy casino for players we will get the affiliate platform to the same level but need time I've said that plenty also Time ....Please guys just give me and the program time to fix what we know needs fixing and don't make rash and unjustified statement that are just not true.

Miles I don't pull anything out of thin air! You just started working with this program so you are not aware of the OLD affiliate program and how long that system sat in place fo YEARS while affiliates asked
and wonder when a new transparent program would be set up! Now you have a new program that is NOT TRANSPARENT at all! I myself have sent players in the past who just happen to stop playing, every single player I have sent seems to win ALL the time or self-excluded themselves.

I have taken a break a few months back but that DOES NOT give your company the right to still earn and make money off of our players that we have previously sent along. Geez,are you saying this is going to be another couple year project? There is thread that I will find where months ago this same issue was brought up, months ago and still not change!

I too noticed that those columns had gone , and when I queried it, I was told (by Philip) that they would soon be changing to a new affiliate system, and that is why they have removed those fields.
To be honest, it all sounds like a cock & bull story to me and I'm pretty unhappy with how they are behaving since Lucas left.

The above is from May 20, 2015 (almost 2 years ago). That is how long the stats have been turned off for the affiliates. At that time Videoslots said it would take a couple of weeks maximum and then the stats would be back up. It has soon been 2 years and still no stats.

No wonder we don't believe in anything you are saying. Your track record of broken promises and avoiding sharing the player stats points at that there is something fishy/shady going on.

The company have bought in a better more experienced affiliate Team right down from head of
Acquisition to Affiliate top management and Affiliate Mangers the structure has changed since these issues
occurred.

Its not very good and we realize this and that why these things have changed and progress will be made.

I have been doing this a long time and know many of you through the years I so want to believe that the changes
we have pushed so hard for are and will get done these included better reporting etc.

I was not here at the time of these issues but if anything I am one of the most persistent people in the industry
I get things done and my hope is that through being persistent and pushing for the right things too happen they will.

Just going to take time .. I know we are getting priority but we are just waiting for the right resources to be dedicated to us.

Its not as simple as most people think there is a lot of technical stuff that has to be done in the background to
get the reports to reflect what you need to see .

We are doing our best and it will happen I have staked my reputation on it also so have a lot to lose if we don't
get it right just asking for your patience as much as it has worn thin with a lot of you there is no more I can do Now.

Bonus Streak the only issues I had with your statement was the words your using as far as Shady Goes.

This business is not that and that I will take offence too .. I cant point to a few programs in the press of late
that deserve that terminology far more than we do .. ones that you know and trusted many years too.

We will get too a point in the road where the Affiliate product Matches that of the Casino one I'm Confident.

Please guys give the new affiliate team a chance to rectify the mistakes of the past History won't repeat itself .

Any affiliate program that has been hiding vital stats for 2 yrs is shady. As far as technical work around being implemented, again there has been a 2 yr time period for this. You can hire any college kid to zip out these stat fixes for you in less then a day.

You should just get NetRefer, eGass, or MyAffiliates software and be done with it.
