Miles_Videoslots, would you mind posting what has changed in this T&C update?

Hi Gobo,

The only change with this update was at point 4.3 - Your Revenue Share is calculated from the casino’s earnings of Your referred players minus Our game license fee, casino bonuses, admin fees, jackpot fees, regulator taxes, bank fees and chargebacks.

This is we already communicated at AGD - So we thought it would be clearer and simpler to add it on the T&C's for everyone to see it.

I have seen that bold text before April 18 as well (I will try to find a screenshot). So what is the difference between the text you highlighted and the text Miles quoted on 29 March (prior to April 18) in this thread? "Operational costs" became "admin fees"?

Yes that's correct.
Remember I raised concern about the player impossed Slot Race Fees (operational costs), which were also being stated as "operational costs" in the affiliate T&C's. I guess the wording got changed because of the aformention

All I can say is work is getting done on what we requested I have seen that it is being worked on and that makes me happy at least we are working in the right direction.

What I can update you on this issue :

Information which many of you required such as Deposits, NGR, GGR etc.. will be visible in this coming release as promised. Development team is currently working on this.

Once we complete this, we also have some cool ideas which we will start working on to give you even more detailed information that I don't believe any affiliate program has right now. I will announce it in the near future but let's first deliver what we promised.

That's sounds like great news!
I think we all agree Videoslots is an awesome casino - it would be fantastic if the affiliate side could be brought up to the same high standard!

In this report, you will have the full transparency on : GGR, Jackpot Deductions, Tax, Bank Fees, Admin Fees, Bonuses , Paid Loyalty, NGR and Breakdown of commission.

You will be able to access the report from : Campaigns / Breakdown

Deposit and Withdrawals will also be added to the report by August / September update.

Any feedback is appreciated with respect to the report.

Sort of good news... though I can't understand WHY you couldn't do the Deposits and Withdrawals at the same time as the other things... must be VERY complicated rocket science!

1- You will see everything starting from 1st January 2017 onwards.
2- Yes - but apologies if you experience any bug we missed. Please let us know immediately if you experience an issue and we will tackle immediately.
