Why would We return money to them? LOL
Facts: No one was aware of the pirated games until we reported about it. We were all deceived. We all promote casinos in good faith that they are legit and have legit games, dont cheat etc the same way players expect these casinos to be legit and not to cheat. When we learn about some shady biz then we take action. Why would any affiliate or a player expect Affpower to host pirated games knowing they are being licensed by Malta and Curacao ? You would expect them to be legit.
I think the regulatory bodies need to step in here, revoke their licenses . And Netent and Novomatic to sue their ass. The next step would be to determine the actual RTP of those pirated games and if any other shady biz was done in that aspect. Once the regulatory body determines how many players got affected by these pirated games, then Affpower is to reimburse every single affected player.
LCB will , like always, mediate in any complaints brought before us, and help affected players get paid.
I already explained why no affiliate should pay back these blacklisted affiliate programmes that used to be promoted in good faith. Again the money earned was made fair and square and in good faith before any shady biz was discovered. So your comment is nothing but a poor attempt to defect from the real issue.
However since this report was done to protect the players LCB will be more than happy to reimburse those affected players tagged to us for the amount of our rev share % once Affpower reveals all the data including but not limited to the history of hand plays and session outcomes on pirated games in regards to these players ( as that is the only way to determine the extents these games had on affected players and if and how much they are owed , and how many of those affected players are tagged back to us ), and in case that Affpower is not solvent to reimburse them. Of course there should be an independent third party overseeing all this . Reimbursing Affpower when they are to reimburse everyone else would be an oxymoron! lol
Since We the affiliates were deceived as much as everyone else ( regulators, software providers and most importantly the players ), We the affiliates would also expect to get reimbursed by Affpower ( after their reimbursement to all affected players, and software providers ) for all the material and non-material damages caused by their pirated games and damages caused by breach of contractual T&Cs and laws of HK ( where AffPower limited is registered ), Malta and Curacao.
