A reminder is sent to all affiliate managers.
I say "They are NOT Rogue!" and that they should be "GIVEN A GOOD AND FAIR CHANCE".
DO NOT BE SO "QUICK AND HARSH TO JUDGE".
I'm not being quick. We've been sitting here for over a month waiting for an answer that is being ignored. This isn't the only complaint. There are numerous....for example just check at Casinomeister.
I would like to hear from you "why they are not rogue".
I don't know the proper procedure to have a seal removed and for a program to be rogued but I think the time has come that AGD should have a serious look at this. Its been over a month that this forum has been waiting for the updated details from the fraud dept. regarding the complaint from TOP10UKOC. I'm asking that this program be looked at seriously for the alleged allegations and that appropriate action be taken.
How can we as affiliates combat such practices?
I know this is a little off topic, but as affiliates we almost at the mercy of the affiliate programs we choose to do business with. Forums like this are great so you can get an idea about a company before choosing whether to promote their brands or not, but still they control just about everything.
When you guys say they stole players from you, is that players who show up on their reports that you see, but then you do not get paid for? Players who come back as charge backs?
I know in the past I have had trouble with some programs shaving players. My girlfriend opened an account with a particular casino, played there and she showed up on the reports. Everything was fine. But about 6 months down the road when we made another deposit to check to make sure everything was still OK, guess what, her account no longer appeared and I did not receive any credit for it. Made another deposit, then another and still no sign of her action.
Wondering if anyone else has ever done that? This is kind of a pathetic answer now, but I am to scared to do that now because I do not want to get in trouble with the programs I work with and end up losing my commission on everything. You have to hope everyone is on the up and up but I know I work pretty hard to get new players and do not want any taken away from me for no reason through shaving. How can we as affiliates combat such practices?
