I have blacklisted Roxy Affiliates and will be removing their properties from my sites over the course of the next 24 hours. The same action will also be afforded to Brightshare and their properties, should a positive response and outcome not be forthcoming.

BrightShare

The BrightShare program has always been, and will remain, trusted, fair and committed to positive long term business relationships. Our tagline reflects what we believe in – Playing Fair, Sharing success.

The markets around us have changed dramatically in the past few years. We have not changed the essence of the program and the core of our business terms for more than 8 years and we therefore decided to revisit and update the program.

We have a deep obligation to share our success and profits with our affiliate partners. This must be done in a way that is attractive both for our partners, and to the casinos we represent, in order to create a Win-Win situation, in which all parties benefit.

We have checked ourselves against other programs and compared it against common and accepted business industry standards.
As stated, the change applies to all of our affiliates as of May 1st 2013.

As always, for any commercial or technical inquiry we invite you to contact your dedicated account manager directly or send an email to support@brightshare.com .

You can change commission rates on players delivered from May 1 onward, but for all players referred prior to the change, you need to continue paying the rates both parties agreed on years ago.

No retroactive changes.

Really weak showing from Brightshare. Typical PR bs post.

Please address the issues affiliates raised.

No, we do not accept this kind of change that makes YOU make more money not us, we are getting cutted short, after the fact, so if you guys want to go 888, ladbrokes and other suckers that build brands and names on top of our work giving you exposure, by all means, get out of our sites,we remain to see how long you will last after being rogued, i soon started promoting and im already pissed i had all the work for nothing....

There is no reason for a player to have a 90 day period for deposit aside you not paying comission, nothing says you will do any effort to convert him, but i bet you will have 10x the dedication after that period. Changing this contrat after being well listed on a site like agd is like shooting yourself in the foot and say you did yourself a favor.

But you are correct this is the trend and you follow suit, another program and a bunch of casinos to the bin, congrats, now your just the rest, and the rest is the rest for a reason.

How long did it take you to come up with this? I could have done better, with half the words, in half the time.

I have a new tag line for you - Bull Shit. Which is pretty much what you have written in this post. If anything your response also adds credence to Lloyd Apter's posts over on the GPWA about Brightshare.

Marcia, if those are your words then you've lost my respect. I will never work with you again, even if you move to another group.

I don't know if the last comment is true, but Liyu is the commenter - not Marcia. Just an FYI.

I am starting to remove Brightshare brands.

Everyone may also be interested in the following:
My fiance Mike, used to play at their casinos, he got invited to their Vip Lounge Casino.
In march he played again at Vip Lounge and managed to win 9K. He went to the live support and asked to flush his withdrawal.
They told him then, as of march 2013 there are new rules, players can cashout ONLY 4k per week!

So we waited around 2 weeks to have all the 9K and closed his player accounts.

Also interesting: our question "what would be if we win the mega moolah jackpot, would we then also get only 4K a week" has been unanswered.
We asked this on chat, and also via e-mail, this question just got ignored somehow.

I think this tells much, they seem to have serious money problems

Brightshare is carrying the Platinum certified seal from AGD, I do not think they are entitled to have that accreditation of credibility anymore.

I think Andy was going to be working on that this week mate.

Unlike 888 or Ladbrokes, Brightshare would not be able to survive without affiliates for a long time and they are on their best way to entirely ruin their reputation.

This term pretty much sums everything up. There is absolutely no sense in this... or "fairness", as Brightshare claims. I wonder who came up with this idea.

I will be working on having Brightshare remove our seal - I doubt they will have a problem with that. I am also working on a social campaign to notify all affiliates of this terms change. The alert will go out at that time since I would like it coordinated with all AGD Feed consumers as well as social media and email.

Just thinking about how bad this is, sorry to all the affiliates that are getting screwed!

Can you imagine chatting with an affiliate manager and telling them something like : I have a player I can send to you, all I am asking is 25% of the losses and their reply is not thanks, send him somewhere else please.

How screwed up is that ?
