work, work, and more work You just have to update daily and hold the faith. It takes time, but once you start earning... you will understand and probably double your efforts.

I can honestly say that a few of my younger sites now have top rankings while my older sites have fallen back. So yes, if you put in enough work a new site can out perform older sites. The key is to just work harder then everyone else... As GD said, daily updates.. Google really favors sites with fresh content.. If you target the right keywords, and can post 3-5 new articles a day... (with a few good backlinks and a little social media attn.) You can see some results in as little as 3 months.

You need to work a lot on your design, content has to be more generic and relevant, just with hundreds of blog posts you wont get far away. And you need to work on link building from what I see.

Well, it is easier to advertise sports for me, the people who come in on my sports sites end up playing at casinos. It is hard in the beginning, there is a lot of learning to do. I like to advertise and market so the quick answer for, how easy it to make money advertising casinos/books?

I would say easy to medium because i like going it. However there is a lot of hard work that needs to be done, especially if you are building your site yourself.


How much money do I have to spend before I start making money?

I would say if you know what you are doing ahead of the time very little money. However I spent some money on pay per click advertising and used someone for SEO which cost me money.

The overhead you are looking at is 500-750 to start a corp, if needed. 12 bucks to register a domain which you can get cheaper if you get a .info or ,org. You can get free hosting at first to reduce your expenses.

Good Sports Writers are not easy to come by and do cost money, not a ton of money but it is an expense.I do write a lot of my own materials for sports and find it harder to writer for casinos. For casino articles i have found a few good writers on iwriter and just met someone yesterday. I writer cost 3 bucks and article or 6 bucks if it is a 4-5 star writer.



Exactly how much money do people make?

For the conversations I have had with my affiliate managers i have found that the majority of affiliates are small affiliates and make the amount that they put into it. You can make 1-10k like the said, large affiliates even more. One thing that I think a lot of newer affiliates do not understand is that it is not just about getting the player and funding the account once. It is about keeping the player happy and having a player for life. It is entertainment and the player has to win to have fun, it has to be win-win to make good money IMO. Getting good long term players can take some time.

There is a lot of work that needs to be done on making your sites valuable to readers. It can take 10-12 hours in a day. However when you begin to make money you will be happy you put the effort in.

No it isn't. I make more than enough money. I'm not greedy though. I am motivated by making a better site and giving people good advice. I f I had the money of Gates or Buffett I wouldn't know what to do with it as I can't spend what I have now. And no I am not what you probably think of as rich either.
