You are not only hurting the Rival Brand, but seriously hurting your licensees!!! No wonder players very rarely deposit large amounts into Rival Casinos - they are afraid that money will go missing
I have contacted the CS of 21grand again today.
I was told that the payment is delayed because of something on the Rival's end and that they're awaiting for something from them (whatever that may be). And my docs are available and okay.
Take that for what it's worth.
