JoinAff Affiliate partners payment issue

It's been a month since we started working with Joinaff Affiliate. They have been postponing payments since November, though.

The commission payment for November is still pending. Additionally, there is absolutely no response from Anna, the affiliate manager. Nevertheless, I have asked that the affiliate manager's contact information or the head of the affiliate be changed.

Another affiliate manager I spoke with likewise failed to disclose this information. If they responded and expressed regret for the wait, I would still understand, even if there was an issue. This communication breakdown, though, is intolerable.

We have had the same experience with them. They do end up paying the invoices, but only after sending them multiple reminders about them.

Everyone has the right to ask about their owed money, regardless of whether it is NGR, CPA or hybrid. I have noticed that you constantly criticize other users who dare to ask about their commission. Why do you immediately assume that every new user abuses or exploits the CPA model? Secondly, the fact that the casino agreed on this type of remuneration, and later it turned out to be unprofitable for them in some way, is their fault, they miscalculated and incurred the so-called business risk. Thirdly, I find it funny that casinos often use the excuse that traffic was motivated not to pay out the CPA commission... Every promotional and marketing campaign motivates players to register and possibly deposit. How can you promote casinos and not motivate players? Do hate campaigns? LOL

I agree with @FreeSpins, it does not matter if it is CPA, RS or Hybrid. CPA model do have more risks tho. I see the point from the casino side as well, since for example if i have 100 EUR CPA with 20 EUR Baseline and i go and register under my link and then deposit 20 to make 80 profit, it should not be paid.

On the other hand casinos sometimes do apply some unfair rules not to pay the CPA while the traffic is okay. Maybe not the best quality but still unfair not to pay for it
