Thank you all for the awesome help. Today I opened the new website.
unfortunately, I had tried to get a license from Greece, but getting it is very difficult and you need to have someone from the middle, a fisherman, you will get involved with a lot of bureaucracy. however, I will try it with global casinos until the page from Greece is blockedGood luck!
As others mentioned you will need a lot or work and patience to get success in this industry. In general, it does not matter which hosting service you use unless their servers are not located in a country that hosting gambling websites is illegal. That is the case in US for example. A lot of hosting services have their servers in US, which makes a gambling site illegal for them.
Greek gov is blocking all the websites that can provide visitors with off-shore gambling. Affiliate, operator or even streaming websites. For example Kick.com is blocked in Greece and it's not a gambling related website, even if gambling streaming is happening there. So in case you are interested to target Greece, make sure you dont show any off-shore casino to Greek visitors, it must be only the licensed ones (around 15 i think). If you try to show your Greek visitors off-shore casinos then eventually the site access will be blocked from Greek gov. Also i think you need to place some certain links/logos to the website footer.
I hope that helps!
Hi, very interesting market directly in Cyprus has several mechanisms, after a lot of unsuccessful attempts, there are several ready-made solutions, write to him @Xxxx__xxx on Twitter, if he responds, write that from Adrinna, you will get enough information on your questions.
as far as I understand there is a completely different mechanism of interaction with the site, connected with the meta-universe.There are "solutions" for casinos but the OP is an affiliate.
I'm not even sure that Greece licenses casino-affiliates et al. In future if you really want to help folks, read and understand the OP's question 100%, before posting. This avoids posting pointless info
Probably best to speak to a Licensed Greek operation to find out the rules. Meaning an Operator who is licensed by the Greek Gambling AuthoritiesHello all, I fairly new to affiliate regulations so hope to find valuable information here. I would like to run an affiliate website to drive players to online operators. There are some countries such as Italy which will require a separate site for .it licensed operators only, but i am struggling to find information about operating as a casino affiliate for Greek licensed operators. Is it true you have to register to the gaming authority, pay 1000 euro? Is it true it is a nightmare of a procedure? Do you need a separate landing page similar to other heavily regulated markets? thank you
