Hey AussieDave,I have no issue with bona fide streamers.
The problem these days is however, most are charlatans. Casino sponsored grifters, playing slot machines with highly inflated TRTP %'s. They're not risking their own bankroll. It's all a smoke and mirror con, to make punters believe they too can get these insane wins.
A certain casino who shall remain nameless, has recently added "streamers" to their portfolio of game play. Punters can place bets behind these streamers - it's billed as a social experience.
I've been in the industry 23 years and since 1997 as a player. Frankly, I've never, ever seen or had a player/s or even myself, experienced such daily outrageous success, in hitting wins like these "streamers" accomplish. Reiterating day in, day out, week and month.
If this was typical game-play casinos would go out of business.
Clearly it's a farce. A means to hoodwink punters into believing they have a decent chance, when in actual fact, these punters wont be playing with the same TRTP %'s, instead they'll be highly reduced.
I wouldn't call that smart marketing. It's a scam thru and thru!
Thank you for sharing the opinion and bring up the topic!
True, the issue you've mentioned is real and happening from time to time with certain operators and streamers. Such 'sponsorships' are hurtful to the industry since they might lead to mistrust with the streamers who are cooperating on fair terms.
We stand with you totally! Fair and equal gaming experience is the key. That's why we never use such practices and never allow our streamers to try to do so.
Responsible gambling should always be the biggest priority for operators and affiliates.
Best,
